Welcome to Medieval Rottweilers!  We are located in the beautiful Hudson Valley area of New York State, approximately 2 hours north of New York City.  We consider our dogs family, first and foremost and we love our breed.  All of our dogs live in our home and spend quality time with us, our children and our grandchildren.

 

We do not just breed Rottweilers, we are active in the show community.  We focus on structure, temperament and health; these traits are of equal importance to us.  We keep all of these traits, which are vitally important to our breed, in mind when selecting our breedings.

We run a pet sitting business which allows for a lot of flexibility when we have a litter on the ground.  Our puppies are whelped in our bedroom and then moved into our large living room where they learn all about the sights and sounds of everyday life.  Our 4 young grandchildren help us with the puppy socialization process along with a variety of visitors.  We get them accustomed to normal activities that life will bring like baths, blow drying and nail dremeling.  We build on the solid genetics that our puppy's sire and dam bring to the table.

All of our puppies are from fully health tested parents that are AKC Champions or Grand Champions.  Medieval Rottweilers breed 1-2 litters per year. Show and pet puppies are available to approved homes based on the results of each litter. References are required to purchase one of our puppies. We are breeders that stand behind our puppies and encourage a continued relationship with our puppy buyers. We will always be available for any questions or concerns you may have regarding one of our puppies. We pride ourselves on producing quality, healthy, and well socialized puppies. You can expect your new family member to be crate trained and have a solid solid start on house breaking when they leave to go to their new homes.
